The Aetna Better Health of Illinois Member Advisory Committee is made up of plan members, providers and Aetna Better Health representatives. Together, they come up with ways to improve:
Medical care and our outreach plans
Member materials
Communication and care for members who speak a main language other than English
Telephone services
Transportation services for members
Your voice matters. If someone in your family has needed children’s mental health services and you want to talk about your experience with Aetna Better Health of Illinois, then we want to hear from you.
